What to expect

  • A reply within two business days to the address you give. Weekends and US market holidays are not business days.
  • Cancelling needs no email. Cancel in Account — two clicks, no email needed. Access continues to the end of what you have paid for.
  • The trial charge is announced. We email you three days before the trial charges.
  • Refunds follow the policy on the terms, word for word: Refund policy. Ask here and it is applied, not argued.
  • Is something down? The status page shows what each data feed is doing right now (members; log in to see it).
  • Not financial advice. A person can explain what a page shows and how the platform works; nobody here will tell you what to buy or sell.
